{"id":30,"date":"2010-06-24T22:22:39","date_gmt":"2010-06-25T05:22:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revmasteraviation.com\/?page_id=30"},"modified":"2017-09-01T10:35:22","modified_gmt":"2017-09-01T17:35:22","slug":"products-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/revmasteraviation.com\/?page_id=30","title":{"rendered":"Products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/revmasteraviation.com\/?p=56\" target=\"_self\">#4 Main Bearing<br \/>\n<\/a>The #4 main bearing assembly is engineered to absorb the tremendous forces imposed by the propeller. <a href=\"https:\/\/revmasteraviation.com\/?p=56\" target=\"_self\">CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Auto Spark Plug Conversion Assembly<br \/>\nThe auto spark plug conversion assembly allows the installation of modern, inexpensive, readily available spark plugs instead of the expensive aviation plugs.<\/p>\n<p>Camshaft<br \/>\nThe camshaft used in Revmaster engines is cast from special alloy and custom ground for aviation use.<\/p>\n<p>CDI Ignition<br \/>\nThe self-energized dual CDI ignition package incorporates the dual plug capacitor discharge ignition, a 30 amp alternator, starter, flywheel and accessory housing.<\/p>\n<p>Conical Bushing<br \/>\nThe Revmaster accessory housing requires conical shock mount bushings.<\/p>\n<p>Con Rods<br \/>\nConnecting rods are manufactured by Revmaster, forged of 4340 alloy steel with 9mm bolts.<\/p>\n<p>Crankcase<br \/>\nThe magnesium crankcase is machined to accept all the related components that comprise the Revmaster R-2200 aircraft engine.<\/p>\n<p>Crankshaft<br \/>\nThe Revmaster R-2200 crankshaft is forged of E4340 alloy steel and counterweighted.<\/p>\n<p>Crankshaft Flange<br \/>\nThe crankshaft flange is 4340 forging, machined to aeronautical standard 127-A (SAE #1) and is precision ground.<\/p>\n<p>Cylinder Heads<br \/>\nThe cylinder heads are heavy-duty, thick wall castings designed for large-displacement engines.<\/p>\n<p>Engine Mount<br \/>\nRevmaster has designed and manufactured many engine mounts for various airframes.<\/p>\n<p>Exhaust System<br \/>\nRevmaster has exhaust systems for KR-2 and Q-2 as well as other popular airframes, manufactured of mild steel or stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>High Volume Oil Pump<br \/>\nRevmaster high volume oil pumps for VW engines will interface with VW Type 1 engine cases and camshaft configurations.<\/p>\n<p>Lubrication System<br \/>\nThe high-volume oil pump with oil bypass filter cover, coupled with a high-efficiency oil cooler, comprise the R-2200D lubrication system.<\/p>\n<p>Mag Mount Housing<br \/>\nSince 1968, the original Revmaster accessory housing for magneto ignition engines has been cast of 356 aluminum.<\/p>\n<p>Prop Extension<br \/>\nRevmaster propeller extensions are machined from 356 T6 aluminum.
